- After processing, your order will be dispatched via our selected carrier.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
- Standard shipping options (domestic & international) are available at checkout. Shipping cost is calculated based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping speed.
- Expedited shipping options may be offered during checkout for an additional fee.
- We offer discreet packaging: vacuum-sealed, scent-proof, and plain exterior, in line with our product presentation and compliance standards.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Domestic (USA): Once shipped, delivery is typically 2–5 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
- International: Delivery times vary widely by country and customs clearance; typical range is 7–21 business days.
Please note that these are estimates only — actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs hold, or local delivery infrastructure.
4. Tracking & Notifications
- After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number.
- Use the tracking number to monitor the parcel’s progress. If you do not receive this notification within 48 hours of order processing, please contact us.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
- For orders shipped internationally: you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges levied by your country.
- Please check your country’s import regulations before placing the order. Delays or refusal at customs are beyond our control.
6. Shipping Restrictions & Prohibited Destinations
- We currently ship only to locations where our products are legally permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.
- If a package is refused or returned by customs, you may be responsible for shipping costs and any other charges.
7. Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages
- If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the parcel, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
- For damaged items: please save the packaging and take photos of the damage and all external labels. Contact us within 3 calendar days.
- We will work with the carrier and you to file claims, but we cannot guarantee refund or replacement if loss/damage occurred after delivery confirmation.
